Your right to delete your data

Oktivo, a product of C4M Consulting Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what you can delete, how to do it, and how long it takes.

1. Delete your Google connection

If you connected your Google Ads account to Oktivo, you can revoke our access and delete the stored connection in any of these ways:

  • In Oktivo, go to Connecter > Google Ads > Disconnect. This revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored connection, including your encrypted refresh token.
  • Remove Oktivo's access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Email us at contact@insybit.com and we will revoke access and delete the connection for you.

We store your Google refresh token encrypted and never store short-lived access tokens. Once the connection is deleted, we can no longer access your Google Ads data.

2. Delete all of your data

To request deletion of all personal data associated with you — including demo requests, contact details, call recordings, transcripts, and any Google connection data — email us at contact@insybit.com with the subject "Delete my data".

Please include:

  • The email address and/or phone number you used with Oktivo
  • Your company name, if applicable
  • Whether you want a partial deletion (e.g. only your Google connection) or full deletion

3. How long it takes

We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete verified deletions within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer only where required by law or to resolve disputes; in that case we will tell you what is retained and why.

4. Limited Use of Google data

Oktivo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more detail on the Google data we access, see our Privacy Policy.
